Reservation Policies: Advance Booking: We welcome reservations up to 21 days in advance, and a credit card is required to secure all bookings. We offer a 15-minute grace period for all reservations. If you arrive after this window, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, seating is not guaranteed and will be at the discretion of management.If you anticipate running late, please contact us at +1-970-236-2077 so we may assist you whenever possible.
For Large Parties & Private Events: From intimate gatherings to full restaurant buyouts, Marea Aspen creates bespoke experiences in the heart of The Snow Lodge at The St. Regis Aspen. Please note that parties of 9 or more guests are required to dine from our curated preset menu, designed to showcase Marea’s signature coastal Italian offerings.

The Jade Room welcomes all ages for dining through the weekdays, but is exclusively for 21+ for the weekend concerts. Reservations Sunday through Wednesday are available for parties up to 9 people. For larger parties, email tables@thesnowlodge.com.
The Jade Room has partnered with the renowned Caviar Kaspia to present an elevated dining experience Sunday through Wednesday. Enjoy a curated menu from the team behind the NYC darling, featuring recognizable favorites and locally inspired additions.
